Meet Mary Woodbury

Loan Officer | MLO-119931

My name is Mary Woodbury, and I'm thrilled to be part of your journey to homeownership.

My real estate journey began in 1982 when I managed REO listings for MacPherson Realtors. However, after the birth of my second son in 1986, I transitioned to the mortgage industry, where lending became my passion for the past 38 years. I started as a loan officer for a small local lender, then progressed to a management position with a national lender. Now, I'm returning to my roots as a Senior Mortgage Advisor.

Beyond my professional life, I am the proud mother of two successful sons and the doting grandmother of three energetic grandchildren, ages 6, 3, and 1. Luna, my black Labrador Retriever, is my loyal companion and partner in crime, especially when it comes to chasing balls.

Outside of work, I enjoy indulging in my passions for cooking, reading, and travel. You can often find me taking early morning walks with Luna and friends at the dog park. Family is incredibly important to me, and I cherish the time spent building traditions and fostering a spirit of adventure and exploration with my grandchildren.

I am a third-generation Washingtonian and a proud graduate of the University of Oregon. My adventures have taken me far and wide, from working as a chef, ski instructor, and ski host in Vail, Colorado, to catering dinner celebrations for President Ford's family during the off-seasons. I've even had the incredible opportunity to sail the Mediterranean Sea and help build trails at Beaver Creek Ski Area.

One of the most memorable experiences was traveling to China with my sons, where we embarked on the Trans-Siberian railway to Mongolia. In Mongolia, we spent five nights with nomads in the Gobi Desert—an experience that left a lasting impression on me.My life's journey has instilled in me a deep sense of curiosity and a commitment to lifelong learning. I look forward to leveraging my diverse experiences and expertise to help you achieve your homeownership goals.

Let's take the first step together—feel free to reach out to me whenever you're ready, and we'll work together to bring your dreams to life. Looking forward to connecting with you soon.
