Meet Tim Kalhorn

Tim has been in the business of helping people realize their dreams in housing for over twenty years. Originally from Omaha, he has lived in the Seattle area since 1987. His favorite activity outside of work is spending time exploring our area and the country in his RV with his wife Jana.

Tim follows one rule in mortgage lending “people before profits”. His expertise in lending allows him to advise clients with one goal in mind, to help people better their financial lives and own a home.
