Passionate about helping people achieve homeownership—especially first-time homebuyers—Regina is committed to making the mortgage process as smooth and supportive as possible.

A proud resident of Carlsbad, Regina enjoys the coastal lifestyle and close-knit community of “the Village.” She lives just a few blocks from the beach and cherishes time spent with her great-niece and nephew, often starting her mornings with story time, games, and beach walks. Though she doesn’t have pets of her own, she’s an avid dog-sitter and never misses a chance to get her fur-baby fix.

Beyond her work in home loans, Regina is a dedicated community volunteer. She gives her time to the American Cancer Society’s Discovery Shop twice a week and also supports local senior events. She finds joy in connecting with others and giving back to the city she calls home.

She lived in Seattle for 12 years and originated loans there before moving to experience life in a new city, build new friendships, and grow her business network. She relocated back to North County San Diego, Carlsbad, in 2009, to be closer to family and help care for her mom.
