Meet Michelle House

Michelle has been involved in the real estate industry since 1997 – during her time in the business she has been both a realtor and a lender. In addition, she has been a part of other aspects of the industry including property development and building custom homes.

Michelle has dedicated her career to help fulfill her clients’ dreams of homeownership. Whether they are first time buyers, veterans, doctors, self-employed, credit challenged, want to buy an investment property, or need down payment assistance, she loves helping buyers achieve their dreams. Over the years she has developed a list of client vetted referral sources, including contractors, attorneys, CPA’s, financial planners and window cleaners. On a personal note, Michelle is grateful to have an amazing group of friends and family. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering, hiking the beautiful Pacific Northwest, fishing and riding her motorcycle on any curvy road she can find. She loves cooking and exploring the great restaurants in Seattle.
