Meet Ethan Judy

Ethan is a strong-willed, passionate member of the Capstone Home Loans team. He joined the business as an administrative assistant—giving him an edge of understanding the nuances and details of the home loan process. Since then, he has gotten licensed as a loan officer and is excited to continue serving families in this capacity.

Ethan bases his business off two principles: service and home. In the home loan process, whether it is the first time or many transactions later, Ethan and his team aim to make the process seamless. Service is at the forefront of their minds because no homeowner situation is the same—each deserves to be treated individually with service that suits your specific needs. Service comes in the form of consistent communication, seeing a need and filling it, and an approach of care for you throughout the transaction. This principle is important to the Ethan so that you feel comfortable asking for what you need, with the confidence that you have a home loan team advocating for you every step of the way.

Ethan is the third of eight children in his family. Growing up, home was always where his family was. Coming into this business was a decision driven out of this passion for this idea of home. Houses are built every day, but it is who lives in them that makes it home. Ethan’s mom always made sure that no matter where they lived, the four walls around them were much more than just a house. This drives Ethan’s business motive—to help families into a place they can call home. The team strives towards providing families the ideal, most comfortable situation for themselves in their home ownership. This way, your focus can be pointed towards the people, the memories and the life that is lived within those four walls of the place that YOU call home.
